Accounts Payable Manager

What you'll do

• Manage invoice receipt, review, approval, payment, reconciliation, and retention
• review coding and documentation
• coordinate payment runs and vendor inquiries
• maintain vendor records and payment controls
• support close, accruals, audits, and Form 1099 preparation
• supervise AP staff
• oversee client and matter expense recording
• improve procedures, reporting, and controls
• partner with Finance on workflow improvements.
