Spare Parts Coordinator

The Spare Parts Coordinator role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, at Bluefors’ warehouse and logistics hub. Pay is $25.96–$31.73 per hour. The role supports Bluefors’ North American Service team and coordinates with field service engineers, customers, warehouse partners, and Finland operations. The coordinator manages spare-parts inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment so critical parts reach customer sites and equipment downtime is minimized. The role also supports demand forecasting, shipment logistics, inventory reporting, and continuous improvement of warehouse and service operations.

What you'll do

• Operate the North American spare parts hub
• maintain min-max inventory levels and identify critical parts
• coordinate replenishment, orders, and shipments
• manage the Syracuse warehouse partner relationship
• audit inventory and shipment data
• maintain SKU records and identify slow-moving inventory
• forecast demand and stage parts for preventive maintenance
• track parts expenditures
• coordinate international freight and customs documentation
• prepare reports and support process improvements.
