Reconstruction Field Coordinator

What you'll do

• Conduct initial field inspections and gather photographs, measurements, and documentation
• develop repair scopes and field notes
• coordinate project documentation, schedules, permits, and customer communications
• obtain required customer signatures
• manage permit applications and coordinate inspections
• assist with material selections and ordering
• verify field conditions
• document construction progress
• gather information for insurance supplements
• coordinate subcontractor schedules
• maintain project files and communicate status and obstacles to project managers.
