Unarmed Patrol Security Officer — Part-Time Day Shift

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• respond calmly to incidents and resident concerns
• complete incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation.
