What you'll do

• Prepare units for showings and move-ins
• communicate property features and conduct showings
• respond to resident concerns and maintenance requests
• process applications, recertifications, renewals, and lease paperwork
• collect rent and handle delinquency matters
• maintain resident and property records
• oversee maintenance activity and on-site staff
• support marketing, budgets, deposits, and required reporting.
