Residential Clinician

What you'll do

• Coordinate case management and services for assigned participants
• maintain chart compliance and continuity of care
• complete initial and annual assessments and develop person-centered recovery plans
• assist with case conferences and identify service gaps
• liaise with community agencies and families
• assess mental health symptoms and responses to recovery
• participate in staff planning, training, and administrative meetings
• provide crisis intervention in emergencies.
