What you'll do

• Assess post-surgical patients’ vital signs, wound sites, and overall condition
• identify complications or deterioration
• administer medications and prescribed treatments while following safety and documentation standards
• collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals on care plans and patient status
• educate patients on postoperative care, mobility, medication adherence, and warning signs
• respond to patient needs and emergencies during the night shift.
