What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and guest service
• manage food, bar, hospitality, catering, and off-premise execution
• oversee sales forecasting, labor scheduling, inventory, administration, and profit-and-loss performance
• recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop team members
• manage facility cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs
• build local relationships and support community marketing
• train and develop the Assistant General Manager and Kitchen Manager.
