Water Restoration Crew Leader or Project Manager

The Water Restoration Crew Leader or Project Manager role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with hourly pay of $19–$22. The role supports SERVPRO’s water cleanup and restoration services for residential homes and businesses. The role leads restoration technicians and/or crew leaders performing water removal, drying, and cleanup after water events. It contributes to consistent service and customer care while offering training and development toward industry certifications and advancement opportunities.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple restoration technicians and/or crew leaders removing water and providing dry-out and cleanup services after water events
• deliver consistent, efficient work and customer service
• travel locally to jobsites and possibly out of state to assist with major storm events
• work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus an after-hours on-call rotation approximately every 4–6 weeks
• work overtime for hours over 40 per week.
