Powder Coating Technician

What you'll do

• Clean, sand, mask, and inspect metal parts
• apply powder coating using spray guns, automated systems, and electrostatic equipment
• operate curing ovens and monitor temperatures
• inspect finish quality and perform touch-ups or rework
• clean and maintain equipment
• follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and material movement.
