What you'll do

• Define and execute the Virtual Care product strategy and roadmap
• prioritize investments based on affordability, clinical outcomes, member experience, and operating efficiency
• lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations teams
• improve intake, scheduling, visit completion, and follow-up
• build clinician tools for reviewing history, documenting encounters, addressing care gaps, and ordering tests and treatments
• evaluate AI and automation opportunities
• define success metrics and measure impact
• align cross-functional partners
• own complex initiatives through delivery
• mentor junior product team members.
