CDL Driver and Equipment Operator, Refinery

The CDL Driver and Equipment Operator role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with compensation of $30–$40 per hour. The position supports daily operations at an active refinery, including routine maintenance, planned outages, and turnaround projects. The role combines commercial driving with hands-on field operations, specialized equipment use, and hazardous-waste cleanup. It contributes to safe refinery support work through equipment operation, inspections, documentation, and coordination with field crews and customers.

What you'll do

• Operate vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks, and specialized refinery equipment
• complete vehicle inspections and report deficiencies
• perform routine maintenance and fluid checks
• label and manifest shipments under DOT requirements
• assist field crews with setup and breakdown
• conduct hazardous-waste cleanup
• maintain logs and field documentation
• participate in the emergency response team and on-call rotation.
