What you'll do

• ensure timely receipt of recently ordered medications
• manage IV and central-line procedures
• verify sign-in sheets against census and staffing ratios
• address staffing call-offs and gaps
• monitor laboratory results and record intake and output
• maintain medication rooms and clinical areas
• oversee emergency supplies and oxygen equipment
• supervise meal service
• respond to call lights and resident needs
• conduct resident rounds
• address resident and family concerns
• update the 24-hour report log
• maintain building security
• assist physicians
• undertake additional assigned tasks.
