What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, schedule, and budget
• conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• review construction documents
• track expenses and support cost controls
• assist with subcontractor, supplier, and vendor bids
• maintain schedules and monitor progress
• coordinate materials and resources
• support communication and issue resolution among project participants
• assist with quality, safety, permits, and regulatory compliance
• participate in owner-architect-contractor meetings
• maintain the RFI process, project records, and reports
• assist with risk mitigation.
