What you'll do
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- coordinate monthly meetings with property management agents
- monitor occupancy, vacancies, unit turnaround, and recertifications
- coordinate site-based waiting lists
- track crime-related issues
- monitor the Housing Authority Police contract
- conduct on-site reviews and inspections
- provide technical assistance and training
- audit electronic and physical files
- conduct monitoring visits and issue compliance letters when deficiencies are identified
- support the annual plan
- administer the Trespass and Ban Policy.
