What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• carry out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters
• respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations
• monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
