What you'll do

• Welcome customers, understand vehicle and service needs, and present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Build accurate estimates, document approvals, and manage repair orders.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel, communicate repair progress and changes, verify warranty coverage when applicable, process payments, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work toward performance goals including close ratios, average repair order, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
