What you'll do

• Lead and develop Quality Microbiology teams

• serve as global microbiology process owner
• oversee implementation of global procedures
• establish long-term strategies
• report site program results and KPIs
• resource manufacturing transfers, acquisitions, and new product development
• participate as a microbiology subject matter expert in internal and external audits
• travel up to 25%.
