What you'll do

• Host guests in the lounge and onboard scheduled and charter flights operating in and out of the OPF base
• handle luggage and check-in
• prepare and reset the cabin
• provide inflight hospitality
• address guest concerns
• coordinate with pilots, ground operations, airport partners, and the Experience Team
• follow company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
• maintain certifications and complete required training
• collect guest feedback.
