Maintenance Technician II — Timberlake Apartments

What you'll do

• Perform repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and pools
• complete work orders
• prepare apartments for move-in
• inspect the property for maintenance needs and safety hazards
• maintain grounds and common areas
• assist with preventive maintenance, inventory, and vendor coordination
• respond to emergency maintenance issues
• communicate with residents, vendors, and team members.
