What you'll do

• Maintain employee records in the HRIS
• process employment verifications
• prepare documentation and reports
• coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
• respond to HR inquiries
• audit time and attendance records and support biweekly payroll
• coach managers on employee relations and performance matters
• conduct investigations and support conflict resolution
• coordinate performance reviews
• maintain compliance and policies
• support audits, reporting, workers’ compensation, wellness, recognition, and engagement programs.
