What you'll do

• Build supportive relationships
• guide skills-building activities
• implement individual treatment and positive support plans
• assist with meals, housekeeping, hygiene, and other daily living activities
• encourage healthy choices
• transport members as needed
• support medication safety
• record member and agency expenditures
• maintain required documentation
• follow safety, licensing, and confidentiality requirements
• attend required meetings and training.
