Immigration Paralegal

The Immigration Paralegal role is onsite in Lynnwood, WA. Pay is $23–$35 per hour. Clifftop Law is an inclusive general practice firm focused on accessible, compassionate, and effective legal services. The paralegal supports attorneys through the immigration case lifecycle, preparing and organizing filings, maintaining case records and deadlines, and coordinating client communication and hearing preparation. This work helps the firm provide attentive, timely advocacy in USCIS and EOIR matters.

What you'll do

• Prepare immigration applications, petitions, evidence, and filing packets for attorney review
• organize responses to RFEs, NOIDs, and other USCIS notices
• prepare immigration court filings and exhibits
• maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
• assist with client updates, scheduling, and hearing preparation
• conduct legal research and assist in trial preparation
• communicate with clients, court staff, and other parties
• support cases from intake to resolution.
