Delivery Driver, Food Pantry and Community Support

The Delivery Driver works onsite across locations in and around Middletown, NY. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. RECAP’s Nutrition and Advocacy Department supports the agency’s mission of providing nutritious food and essential resources to individuals and families in the community. The driver transports food between the pantry, RECAP sites, and community locations while supporting inventory and pantry operations. The role helps maintain reliable food distribution through safe driving, accurate inventory practices, and respectful service to clients and community partners.

What you'll do

• Deliver and pick up food items between the Food Pantry, RECAP locations, and designated community sites
• operate agency vehicles safely
• load and unload donations and orders
• track and organize food inventory
• support pantry operations
• report vehicle maintenance and safety concerns
• maintain client confidentiality and required records.
