The Resident Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Muncie, IN; compensation is not specified. Engaging Minds Autism Services’ Resident RBT Program provides supervised clinical experience and mentorship while participants complete ABA coursework. The role delivers one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy, implements individualized treatment and behavior plans, and collects and analyzes progress data. It also supports assessments and goal development with BCBAs and BCaBAs, while structured supervision and experiential learning help prepare residents for future BCBA or BCaBA roles.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in various settings
• implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• collect and analyze data
• assist BCBAs and BCaBAs with assessments, client goals, intervention feedback, and case discussions
• use proactive and reactive behavior management strategies
• participate in supervision and mentorship sessions
• assist with center closing duties.
