The Outside Sales Representative – Foodservice role is an onsite position in Panama City, FL, with compensation of $52,000–$100,000 per year. Prime Meats has supplied premium proteins to foodservice and retail customers across the southeastern United States for more than 30 years. The role expands Prime Meats’ market presence by opening new accounts and growing existing customer relationships. It develops and manages a customer portfolio, promotes the company’s protein products, identifies customer needs, negotiates agreements, and works with operations, logistics, and customer service to support customers.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage accounts across restaurants, butcher shops, supermarkets, Latin markets, distributors, and foodservice operators
• prospect through in-person territory visits
• build relationships with owners, chefs, purchasing managers, and other decision-makers
• promote beef, pork, poultry, seafood, and value-added products
• recommend solutions based on customer needs
• grow sales, product share, and gross margin
• negotiate agreements
• visit customers regularly
• track activity in CRM
• and coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service.
