What you'll do

• Manage OSP fiber project plans, schedules, budgets, and scopes
• oversee permitting for rights-of-way, easements, and pole attachments. Supervise field construction, including aerial and underground installation, splicing, and testing
• coordinate contractors, vendors, and utilities. Inspect quality and progress, track materials and workforce deployment, communicate with clients and stakeholders, provide status updates, and address risks and delays. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FCC, and NESC. Travel 75% for job duties, training, projects, or meetings.
