What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• help with transfers and mobility, toileting, and incontinence care
• provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs as directed
• offer companionship and emotional support
• supervise and monitor safety overnight
• perform light housekeeping during downtime
• assist with meal preparation and feeding if needed
• document shift notes and communicate with care coordinators and families.
