In-Home Caregiver

The In-Home Caregiver role provides onsite, one-on-one non-medical care in clients’ homes in the North of Denver, Colorado area; the listing location is Erie, CO. The stated rate is $20 per hour. 2nd Family Home Care provides dedicated RN Care Coordinator support to caregivers. The caregiver helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by assisting with daily activities, companionship, mobility, household tasks, and care-plan errands. The role follows individualized service plans and agency guidelines, with training and ongoing support provided by the agency.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding as appropriate
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• run errands and accompany clients to appointments as outlined in care plans
• provide exercise and medication reminders only
• offer in-home respite care
• observe and report changes in client condition or home safety
• complete required documentation, including time records.
