What you'll do

• lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team
• translate marketing goals and campaign metrics into creative concepts
• oversee campaigns from briefing through launch
• build workflows to improve efficiency and brand consistency
• partner with executives and marketing managers
• evaluate campaign performance and refine creative direction.
