The Client Accounting Services Supervisor role is onsite in Wenatchee, WA, with compensation of $35–$40 per hour. Cordell, Neher & Company’s Client Accounting Services department supports client accounting work and financial deliverables. This working supervisor manages department operations, staff development, workflow, and quality while maintaining an assigned client load. The role reviews client deliverables, coaches staff, addresses escalated issues, and works with the CAS Manager on process improvement.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day CAS operations, staff workloads, meetings, coaching, training, and process documentation
• serve as lead reviewer for financial statements, quarterly financials, DORs, and payroll deliverables
• support assigned clients and meet billable-hour targets
• resolve escalated issues and collaborate on process improvements.
