What you'll do

• Own complex member escalations end-to-end
• investigate cases across billing, reimbursement, benefits, network exceptions, and service issues
• lead service recovery and confirm resolution
• coordinate corrective action across internal teams
• communicate with members and client success managers
• route legal, compliance, discrimination, or regulatory risks
• document cases and identify process improvements.
