What you'll do

• Develop relationships with apartment owners, property managers, HOAs, developers, and asset managers
• pursue reroofing, repair, and maintenance opportunities
• manage leads through contract execution
• conduct site visits and assist with scope development
• coordinate with estimating and operations
• attend networking and industry events
• track activity and forecasts in CRM and reporting tools.
