What you'll do
- Review and configure provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documents
- coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership
- escalate incomplete documentation, discrepancies, duplicate records, interpretation questions, and system issues
- manage an assigned caseload and track work in progress
- resolve issues to meet turnaround expectations
- participate in process improvement
- comply with operational, regulatory, and PHI requirements.
