What you'll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
• maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and recipes
• recommend menu items and engage guests
• enter orders accurately in the POS system
• handle cash and card transactions
• set up, stock, and maintain the bar
• garnish drinks and replenish snacks
• assist with food orders
• follow health and sanitation rules
• report equipment issues
• support food running, bussing, and hosting as needed.
