The KidStrong Coach role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO, and is part-time. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and certification level. The role supports KidStrong’s mission to help kids win at life through a curriculum focused on brain, body, and character development. The coach delivers engaging classes for children from crawling age through 11, demonstrates movements, supports safe progress, and builds relationships with children and families. The role also supports center operations through attendance and student records, preparation, training, camps, parties, and parent communication.

What you'll do

• Deliver KidStrong curriculum in 45-minute classes
• develop children’s brain, physical, and character skills
• demonstrate movements and support safe technique
• mentor children and communicate with families
• record attendance, awards, and student data
• prepare for classes
• complete required certifications and training
• support camps, parties, and PNO events.
