The Shift Lead/Key Holder role is onsite in Boerne, TX, and is full-time, hourly. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. The role supports the café’s day-to-day operations and helps deliver customer service and a positive guest experience through the company’s Aloha Spirit. During assigned shifts, the lead supports team members, maintains operating and food-safety standards, and assists with opening and closing. The role also serves guests, prepares menu items, and helps keep the café stocked, clean, and organized.

What you'll do

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
• assist with opening and closing, cash handling, register reconciliation, and store security
• delegate tasks
• assist with onboarding, training, and coaching
• communicate operational concerns and customer feedback
• follow food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
• greet guests, answer questions, recommend menu items, process transactions, and resolve concerns
• prepare coffee, espresso beverages, smoothies, teas, sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items
• maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, rotate inventory, and assist with inventory counts.
