What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for coordinating SMI determinations for Native American applicants
• provide technical assistance to providers completing evaluations
• educate and advocate for applicants regarding eligibility and rights
• process administrative removals of SMI designations
• review assessment and evaluation records and request additional information
• track timelines
• communicate with agencies
• provide provider training as requested.
