The work informs leadership decisions and may also include a share of construction-management activities such as inspections and quality assurance surveillance.

What you'll do

• Prepare and refine DD Form 1391 and AF Form 813 project programming documents
• develop construction cost estimates using PACES and RSMeans
• plan and facilitate planning charrettes
• support Installation Development Plan and Comprehensive Planning Program deliverables
• tailor Unified Facilities Guide Specifications
• contribute to site inspections, quality assurance surveillance, and construction documentation.
