What you'll do

• Follow plant safety procedures and use required PPE
• perform routine preventive maintenance
• diagnose mechanical problems and repair or replace equipment parts
• order parts and supplies
• assemble, install, or repair wiring and equipment
• assist coworkers as requested
• follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety practices
• document equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
