What you'll do

• Support Service Center customer service, sales, and operations
• answer calls and greet visitors
• resolve billing issues and shipment tracking requests
• coordinate with Sales and Service to address customer problems
• assist with sorting, loading, unloading, shipment processing, documentation, manifesting, and payments
• dispatch pickup and delivery information and arrange daily pickup schedules
• may assist with import/export documentation and customs clearance.
