Assistant Team Leader

The Assistant Team Leader role is onsite in Canandaigua, NY, with pay of $23.50 per hour. The assistant leader supports store operations by coordinating production and merchandising, training employees, and serving as Leader on Duty when scheduled. The role helps maintain safe, organized stores and consistent service while supporting sales, production, and program standards.

What you'll do

• Manage production and merchandising in assigned departments
• work toward production goals and identify efficiencies with the Store Team Leader
• communicate goals and motivate team members
• perform team-member duties as staffing requires
• train new employees and provide follow-up training
• monitor merchandise levels and adjust production goals
• provide scheduling input and record hours
• develop and maintain displays
• protect company assets
• serve as Safety Ambassador
• support employee meetings
• serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled, including safety, cash, deposits, reports, employee supervision, and customer concerns
• maintain store cleanliness and report equipment or technology issues.
