What you'll do
- Lead architectural design from schematic development through construction-ready documents
- review and integrate details for constructability, clarity, durability, and project alignment
- collaborate with engineering, estimating, project management, and field staff
- coordinate with consultants, authorities having jurisdiction, and code officials
- assess existing conditions and prepare technical reports
- lead renovation, adaptive reuse, and historic restoration
- perform construction administration, including submittal review, RFI responses, site inspections, and field clarifications
- participate in estimating, scheduling, and value engineering.
