What you'll do

• Perform repair-order work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory standards
• follow warranty repair procedures
• participate in dealership and manufacturer training
• consult service publications
• document causes of failure and work performed
• communicate with service managers, team leaders, and service consultants about diagnosis and repair status
• request parts as needed
• follow safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and chemicals.
