Patient Access Coordinator

The Patient Access Coordinator role is onsite in Lone Tree, CO, with pay of $18–$19.50 per hour. The position supports CCRM Fertility’s Administration department at its Care Center; CCRM specializes in fertility treatment, research, and science and helps families grow. As a first point of contact, the coordinator helps patients enter care in an organized and welcoming way. The role handles registration, scheduling, insurance and payment processing, records, communications, and front-office tasks that support patient experience and clinic operations.

What you'll do

• Greet and register patients
• scan insurance cards, identification, and medical records
• process co-pays, prepayments, and past-due balances
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• monitor correspondence and eligibility work queues
• protect confidential records
• answer calls and route messages
• contact patients about missing paperwork
• mail patient information
• monitor and distribute faxes
• maintain the lobby
• open and secure the Care Center.
