What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• follow food handling, labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation procedures
• support food preparation, restocking, and opening and closing duties
• coordinate with back- and front-of-house teams
• monitor food quality and follow safety and sanitation standards.

Why this role

A Washington State Food Worker Card is required before the first day. One year of line cook or kitchen experience is preferred, but the employer is willing to train the right candidate. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
