What you'll do

• Deliver instructor-led training for new and existing associates
• facilitate sessions on sales processes, customer engagement, presentation skills, digital and virtual selling, product knowledge, compliance, and company culture
• coach team members
• design training and digital learning materials
• manage the Learning Management System, tracking, and reporting
• support onboarding, launches, campaigns, and process rollouts
• collaborate across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations
• measure training effectiveness and report insights to leadership.
