The specialist develops marketing campaigns and analyzes performance data to improve lead generation and support business growth. The role works with the Business Manager, CEO, internal teams, and external vendors to align marketing activity with sales objectives.

What you'll do

• Design print and digital marketing campaigns
• maintain brand presence
• oversee website content, SEO, and user experience
• research mobile home communities in California and Arizona
• track and report leads, conversions, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
• develop insights to refine strategies and budgets
• report sales performance by lead type, region, and sales representative
• collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
