The University Accountant I–II role is onsite in Stillwater, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The hiring range is $50,400–$69,825 per year. This position supports OSU-Stillwater’s accounting operations. The role prepares payroll fund transfers and Banner entries, produces and reviews reports and reconciliations, processes airline billing, and audits travel documents. It also helps departments submit payment forms in accordance with state laws and university policies.
What you'll do
- Prepare payroll fund transfers for state-system processing and corresponding Banner entries
- prepare and review daily, monthly, and annual reports and reconciliations
- process airline billing and Banner charge-distribution entries
- audit, review, and approve incoming travel documents
- communicate state laws and university form and payment procedures to departments
- prepare management reports as required.
