What you'll do

• Process job order entries
• conduct technical order reviews to identify potential issues
• provide delivery status updates
• recognize and help resolve product problems through the PAR system
• provide technical information and education to customers
• identify opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and service
• communicate internal issues and ideas to Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
